
So many fantastic combinations to try
The organic smoked marinated sunflower and pumpkin seeds are great sprinkled onto salads, added to coleslaw, potatoes salad, brown rice salad, pasta salad, cuscus salad. Or try adding them to split baked potatoes, stir fries, sprinkled onto soups, casseroles, and stews. They are lovely sprinkled onto any completed dish just before you serve it, including lasagne, pasta, quiches, curries, spaghetti bolognaise, shepherds pie or cheese on toast. They also work very well added to bread dough, or sprinkled on top of bread dough. Our favourite way is to take 2 slices of buttered bread and make a sandwich filled with seeds.

The smoked hot and spicy paprika and smoked sweet paprika are great added to spaghetti bolognaise, shepherds pie, and chillies, also try adding them to mayonnaise - it makes great salad dressings.
The smoked sea salt is great on chips, any fish dish, steak, any potatoes - (really good on roasties, and baked) egg or vegetable dishes. We recommend for best results smoked sea salt is used when you have cooked the dish, as once steam or water is added this may reduce the Smokey flavour.
