Delightful added to roast potatoes, scrambled eggs. Best sprinkled on cooked food or bbq dishes, especially fish.
The smoked sea salt is great on chips, any fish dish, steak, any potatoes - (really good on roasties, and baked) egg or vegetable dishes. We recommend for best results smoked sea salt is used when you have cooked the dish, as once steam or water is added this may reduce the Smokey flavour.
